While enrolled in the Sales Talent programme, you will be assigned to work with BillSave, a leading field sales agency in Ireland working with top companies such as SSE Airtricity, UNICEF and The Irish Times. Working from one of their 5 sales offices in Ireland, you will be introduced to the daily training and rigours of working within a direct sales environment.
Your sales performance will be monitored through the Handheld Technology provided by BillSave. This will measure your attendance, activity in the field, your ability to make presentations and most importantly your ability to make sales. Candidates will be subject to all the minimum standards of the sales team and the results of your sales performance will be combined with your academic results, plus your CV to form your Sales Talent Recruitment Pack. This pack is what will be sent to prospective employers.
Sales Talent believes that over 10 weeks, only individuals who have a burning desire to work and be successful in sales will be the ones to go furthest in this field.
